Steps for Applying Shipping Rule to All Products
1 Go to Shipping Rules
2 Go to Apply Customers. Here you have the leverage to choose from the type of customers like logged-in customers, Not logged-in, specific customers, some specific tagged customers, or the whole customer base.
3 Choose the type of customer base you want to avail the benefit of this shipping rule
4 Go to Apply to Products. Here you can choose to apply the shipping rule to product tags, product collections, specific products, or all products.
5 Choose All products
6 Go to Shipping Rate. Here you can specify your shipping rule by providing a price range and flat or percentage off on the shipping rate
You can also offer tiered shipping rates based on Cart Value.
